Muscle?

Still no interest in my little blog......okay how about if i throw this out there. What if, the Bob offers Tie Domi, a contract offer, nothing big, league minimum. The Habs are a small team, which is fine, the new NHL is built for speed, but the Habs have nobody that can take care of business, there is new true inforcer on this team. Tie Domi, sure he is old, sure he can't throw them like he used to be able to.....but the hey, he is gets under people's skin, he still has the ability to change the complexion of a game. Heck I'd sign him, just to piss off the Leaf Nation. Thoughts?

whhhaaa...i haven't posted a rumour..hahaha i just had an idea that maybe the habs needed some muscle...domi is teamless, so i added some shit together and said ya maybe that would work...and well piss some leaf fans off.

or at the latest 12 noon, unless the pens refuse, then the habs are going to stick with what they have..hahaha. any ideas about what the habs should do for some muscle?

i totally agree. the trade rumour madness was spawned by the fact that sabres didn't except dumonts arbitration decision. this lead the mtl media, and habs fans in general, to assume that dumont had to come to mtl...problem is mtl hasn't the space to sign him, and the rumours spawned from there.
i agree that habs need to look after their own, that was why i was thinking that domi, who is homeless might be a cheap option.
i was thinking my next post was going to be all about the habs upcoming defenceman questions next year. markov is a keeper...i would try to hold on to rivet..souray is the odd man out.

i agree...the problem is that we are week down the middle..losing ribs and bonk, isn't going to help there. if we could magically rework bonks contract i wouldn't mind him remaining a hab..he is responsible defensively, and has good size. ribs, well i can't stand that kid..i will never forgive him for that whole flop thing in the playoffs against the bruins 3 years ago, he is soft, and a diva.

I know what will help your blog attract more traffic...

Change the colour of your font. Light gray on white? How the Hell is anyone going to read that without ending up with a headache?

hey thanks for the advise..i will work out the bugs...i promise.

true enough, my concern is for saku's health, and is higgins ready to play the role of a number 2 center, if we were to move ribs. long term i think bg is going to try to land a big talented centerman, i can't see it happening before the start of the season...i am more inclined to think that it will be by the trading deadline in march, souray, rivet, markov, or one of the goalies in some combination, are going to be the bait.
